The alar is the area of the nose that extends from the tip and rounds outwardly towards the cheek.
The procedure is performed under local anaesthesia. This 40-minute procedure makes the nose thinner. A small incision is made on the side of the nostril in order to remove excess tissue. Scars are invisible and the results look natural.
