FACIAL

FACE LIFT

Where in the past faces were just lifted or pulled, nowadays we look at face-lifting as sculpting and restoring lost volume. The term lifting is misleading and should instead better be called facial skin re-draping.

The aim must be to reverse the anatomic effects of ageing by repositioning of the SMAS layer underneath the skin in the most natural way possible

LIP LIFT

A lip lift is a minimally invasive surgical procedure that gives the appearance of fuller and more youthful and defined lips. The upper lip is elevated through a small incision under the nose. It shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip by removing that excess bit of skin. This procedure takes less than one hour and is best completed by lip fillers.

EYE LIFT

Blepharoplasty is a commonly performed cosmetic surgery that can remove the sagging skin, dark shadows, puffiness and bags under your eyes. In as little as one hour, it can fix eyelid drooping and reverse the signs of ageing in your eyelids. It can also solve functional problems by treating the skin that can disturb the natural contour of the eyelid and impair vision.

EAR CORRECTION SURGERY

Ear surgery can improve the shape, position or proportion of the ear. It can correct a defect in the ear structure that is present at birth and becomes apparent with development or it can treat misshaped ears caused by injury. The surgery creates a natural shape while bringing balance and proportion to the ears and face, and can have profound benefits on one’s appearance and self-esteem.

ALAR (NOSE) REDUCTION

The alar is the area of the nose that extends from the tip and rounds outwardly towards the cheek. Performed under local anaesthesia, this 40-minute procedure makes the nose thinner. A small incision is made on the side of the nostril in order to remove excess tissue. Scars are invisible and the results look natural.

ACNE SCAR CORRECTION

After we have treated and cured the acne, we can correct the scars by using a variety of safe procedures such as subcision, dermabrasion, microneedling with a dermaroller, platelet rich plasma (PRP), trichloroacetic acid and fillers.

INTIMATE: NYMPHOPLASTY

LABIA MINORA

The reduction procedure of the labial minora is the most common procedure. The intervention consists of repairing the labia minora’s hypertrophy by removing the excess loosening skin. This excess can be related to ageing or birth defect. Hypertrophy manifests itself in the excessive projection of the labia minora that protrude beyond the vulvar slit and the labia majora. It can rub on underwear and can cause functional discomfort during sexual intercourse or even in everyday life. In addition to the aesthetic and functional discomfort, there are also psychological repercussions, which can alter the patient’s image of her femininity and create a complex. The improvement is aesthetic but this procedure has a beneficial impact on the patient’s personal well-being, behaviour and development as they are relieved of their complex.

CLITORAL HOOD REDUCTION SURGERY

A clitoral hood reduction, also known as a hoodectomy, reduces the length and projection of the skin around the clitoris. This procedure can be done for various reasons, but is typically done to enhance stimulation during sexual activity or reduce excess skin that causes discomfort while exercising or wearing certain clothing.

LABIA MAJORA LIFT

A labia majoraplasty or lift is a procedure designed to surgically reduce the size of the outer, hair-bearing labia majora.

The surgeon removes two slight crescents of skin from the inner portion of each labium. The amount to be removed depends on the amount of excess tissue. In some cases, when there is atrophy of fatty tissue, a small amount of fat can be transferred from another area of the body after liposuction. This procedure is called lipofilling and can also be done with synthetic dermal fillers.

BODY

LIPOSUCTION

Liposuction is the most performed procedure throughout the earth. Contrary to popular belief, liposuction is not a miracle weight loss tool; it is a body contouring procedure that changes your shape by removing unwanted stubborn fat from areas such as the thighs, stomach and love handles.

LIPOSUCTION with EUROMI Products (view pdf)

EUROMI, specialist in medical aesthetics products, and plastic surgery developed the n.i.l . ® (nutational infrasonic liposculpture) technique.

Based on a nutational movement (gyratory movement of the cannula), this technique allows to extract fat cells while respecting the other tissues.

ADVANTAGES:

  1. Less Bruising, less oedema
  2. Less painful
  3. Better skin appearance
  4. Better postoperative recovery

LIPOFILLING / FAT TRANSFER

After a liposuction, we use the fat cells collected to fill up places which have lost fat on the face for example or to create some volume on the breast or butt: It is a lipofilling. In certain cases, we do the liposuction only to be able to collect this fact needed for the lipofilling.

SCAR REVISION

Scars are visible signs that remain after a wound has healed. They are the unavoidable results of injury or surgery, and their development can be unpredictable. Depending on how they have healed, they may become raised or recessed, different in colour or texture from surrounding healthy tissue or particularly noticeable due to their size, shape or location. Whilst scar revision surgery cannot completely erase a scar, it can make it more consistent with your surrounding skin tone and texture and provide a more pleasing cosmetic result.

BREAST

INVERTED NIPPLE CORRECTION

Women born with inverted nipples are often troubled by their appearance and face increased difficulty breastfeeding. Performed in less than 30 minutes, this surgery can help women to achieve a natural-looking nipple shape and appearance.
